Who can train with us?

Any athlete looking to commit themselves to the process is eligible to train at The Strength House.

Our approach to preparation involves addressing the athlete in front of us with proper consideration to the demands and needs of their sport.

We have experience helping Men’s and Women’s athletes of the following sports, and levels of playing experience:

  • Baseball (we have extensive experience spanning 14 years, working with youth to professional baseball players. Baseball players from all organizations are welcome to train with us!)

  • Softball (we have extensive experience spanning 14 years, working with Softball athletes from the youth the collegiate level)

  • Basketball (we have worked with youth players all the way up to the collegiate and NBA level)

  • Lacrosse (we have helped ALL of our women’s lacrosse players achieve collegiate scholarships and worked closely with many Men’s and Women’s lacrosse players)

  • Hockey (we have over 8 years of experience working with local hockey players at the youth, HS, and collegiate levels)

  • Football (we have helped numerous football players prepare for the field at the youth, HS, collegiate, and professional level. We have specifically helped QB’s with unique preparation and advances in throwing)

  • Soccer (we have worked with soccer players from the youth, HS, collegiate and professional levels)

  • Golf (our unique approach to evaluating and training rotational athletes has helped us improve the abilities of golfer’s at every major level)

  • In addition to the sports listed above we have helped athletes prepare for: Volleyball, Field Hockey, Track and Field, MMA, Boxing, Swimming / Diving, Ultimate Frisbee, Endurance Running, Alpine Sports, Military / Fire / Police, Tennis, and Rugby.
