2024 IN SEASON TRAINING OPTIONS

Follow The Steps Below!

  • Step One

    In order to change your training membership to an in-season option you must send an email to TheStrengthHouseGym@gmail.com. Ask to change your current option to one of 3 in season options.

  • Step Two

    Choose your in season option:

    • Change from 4x to 3x ($299)

    • Change from 3x to 2x ($249)

    • Change from in person to remote in season training ($199) - program will be delivered electronically and you will have access to a coach for questions and support. Additionally, when your schedule allows you can come in 1x per week.

    • All packages cover athletes for 4 weeks of training. All pakages include a revaluation in person or remotely every 4 weeks.

    In your email, make sure to tell us which option you would like to switch to.

    **Making the time to come In person if possible is highly reommended. We can utilize force plate data weekly to assess readiness, and we will have recovery tools available for use such as massage guns, Marc Pro, Normatec and more.

  • Hours

    TSH will be open 6x week all in season.

    Mon and Tue: 12-8:30p

    Wed: 2-8:30p

    Thur and Fri: 12-8:30p

    Sat: 9a-1p

  • Expectations

    Athletes can expect workouts to be consolidated to 45-90min.

    Time per session, and number of sessions per week can and should be discussed with your coach so we can make it work for you!

    Workouts will be designed to off set the demands of your in season workload, while also maintaining if not improving speed, power, strength, and Agility.
