We’re psyched to announce our first-ever Strength Shop, our new monthly workshop held at The Strength House. Our first Strength Shop will focus on the squat and be held on Saturday, December 9 at 1 PM.
Whether you’re a new lifter wanting to try squats for the first time or a seasoned powerlifter looking to hit a new PR, this workshop will help you get better. We’ll break down the squat to help you:
- Get stronger
- Improve your technique
- Fix weak points
- Pick the right assistance exercises
- $20 for non-members
- FREE for existing Strength House members
This workshop will be split between lecture and hands-on instruction, so get ready to train hard and learn from some of the best coaches in the industry! We want everyone to get lots of coaching so spots are extremely limited.
