Athletes ages 12-18 are invited to learn the fundamentals of speed and agility training this summer with Director of Sports Performance Nancy Newell. Sessions begin on Wednesday, June 5, and will run every Wednesday and Saturday until August 24. Space is limited to 15 athletes per session, so buy your pass today!
Wednesday: 8:30-9:30 am / 5:30-6:30 pm
Saturday: 9:00-10:00 am / 12:00-1:00 pm
All sessions must be used before August 24, 2019. Sessions are limited to 15 athletes and sessions must be scheduled 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advanced will be counted as a used session.
