Optimizing the Big 3 – August 25, 2019

We’re excited to announce that we will be hosting our Optimizing the Big 3 seminar on Sunday, August 25, 2019. This powerlifting-focused seminar has been presented in cities all over North America, and now we’re incredibly proud to offer it at our own brick-and-mortar gym.

Strength House co-owners Greg Robins and Tony Bonvechio, along with Director of Sports Performance Nancy Newell, will present a wealth of powerlifting knowledge that promises to be exceptionally valuable for anyone looking to improve their squat, bench press and deadlift. All three coaches have achieved Elite status in powerlifting and have coached world-class and record-setting level powerlifters in multiple countries.

Plus, we’re having a pre-seminar group lift and barbecue the day before, so if you get here on Saturday, you’ll get to lift, eat and drink beers with us!

What You’ll Get

This seminar will be split between lecture and hands-on instruction. We’ll discuss strength training theory, program design and exercise selection, but let us be clear: the hands-on portion of this seminar will provide precise individualized coaching and instruction that you won’t find at any other seminar. Attendees will walk away with immediately-applicable technique cues and many previous attendees have set personal records in their lifts due to improved technique and confidence!
