Athletes ages 12-18 are invited to learn the fundamentals of speed and agility training this summer with Director of Sports Performance Nancy Newell. Sessions begin on Wednesday, June 5, and will run every Wednesday and Saturday until August 24. Space is limited to 15 athletes per session, so buy your pass today!

Are you an experienced, highly-motivated person who needs a training blueprint to follow and an awesome training environment? Our Open Gym with Program option is for you. You’ll receive individualized programming designed for your specific goals and train alongside like-minded people to ensure motivation and consistent progress.
Do you just want us to turn on the lights, crank up the music and let you do your thing? Open Gym is our limited-hour training option for the highly-motivated, self-directed lifter. You’ll train on your own terms at your own pace in an unparalleled training environment. This is also your best chance to train alongside Greg and Tony, which will surely make you more awesome by osmosis.
