1.         Your Acceptance of Terms of Use

These terms and conditions of use (“Terms of Use”) set forth the legally binding terms for your use of www.thestrengthhouse.com.  By using and/or visiting this web sites (the “Web site”), you signify your agreement to these Terms of Use and any other legal notices or guidelines located within the Web site.  If you do not agree to any of the terms and conditions of these Terms of Use or other notices or guidelines, please do not use the Web site and exit now.  In order to become a registered member of the Web site, communicate with other registered members, and make use of certain [Company name] services or features, you must read these Terms of Use and indicate your acceptance of them.

These Terms of Use, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by us without restriction.

15.        Governing Law, Location, Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the applicable federal laws of the United States of America.  All disputes arising under, or in any way connected with the use of the Web site, or the use of the products and services available through this Web Site, shall be litigated exclusively in the state and federal courts residing in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and in no other court or jurisdiction.  You hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
