Group Training with a Purpose

What are the workouts like?

  • Groups of up to 6 people per session
  • 90 minutes per workout
  • 2 to 4 workouts per week based on your schedule
  • Primary focus on the squat, bench press, deadlift and other barbell exercises (but we’ll adjust as needed for your individual needs)
  • The most hands-on coaching experience The Strength House has to offer
