Group Training with a Purpose
What are the workouts like?
- Groups of up to 6 people per session
- 90 minutes per workout
- 2 to 4 workouts per week based on your schedule
- Primary focus on the squat, bench press, deadlift and other barbell exercises (but we’ll adjust as needed for your individual needs)
- The most hands-on coaching experience The Strength House has to offer
