Our Open Gym offerings cater to people who want more independence and individualized training programs based on their goals, training experience and injury history.

Open Gym with Program

Are you an experienced, highly-motivated person who needs a training blueprint to follow and an awesome training environment? Our Open Gym with Program option is for you. You’ll receive individualized programming designed for your specific goals and train alongside like-minded people to ensure motivation and consistent progress.

What You’ll Get:

  • Individualized programming tailored to your goals
  • Weekly program updates for consistent progress and accountability
  • Access to coaching as needed

Monday – Friday: 7:00-10:00 AM, 2:00-8:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Open Gym (No Program)

Do you just want us to turn on the lights, crank up the music and let you do your thing? Open Gym is our training option for the highly-motivated, self-directed lifter. You’ll train on your own terms at your own pace in an unparalleled training environment.

What You’ll Get:

  • Access to top-notch equipment

Online Coaching

Can’t make it to The Strength House in person but still want to utilize our coaching and programming? We offer online coaching for motivated and dedicated individuals looking to improve their performance in:

  • Powerlifting
  • Strength training
  • Sports performance
