Our Offerings


Conquer is our flagship small group offering designed for anybody who wants to take their strength training to the next level. We combine the energy and camaraderie of group training with the focus and specificity required to master the big barbell lifts. You’ll gain incredible strength, build muscle and stay motivated in a relentlessly positive training environment. There’s no such thing as a self-made man or woman, and Conquer ensures that everyone gets stronger together.

What You'll Get:

  • Train in groups of up to 6 lifters
  • Learn how to squat, bench press and deadlift
  • 90 minutes of hands-on coaching per session

Are you an experienced, highly-motivated lifter who needs a training blueprint to follow and an awesome training environment? Our Open Gym with Program option is for you. You’ll receive individualized programming designed for your specific goals and train alongside like-minded lifters to ensure motivation and consistent progress.

  • Individualized programming tailored to your goals
  • Weekly program updates for consistent progress and accountability
  • Access to coaching as needed

Monday - Friday: 7:00-10:00 AM, 2:00-8:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM


Do you just want us to turn on the lights, crank up the music and let you do your thing? Open Gym is our limited-hour training option for the highly-motivated, self-directed lifter. You’ll train on your own terms at your own pace in an unparalleled training environment. This is also your best chance to train alongside Greg and Tony, which will surely make you more awesome by osmosis.

Force, our high school sports performance program for athletes ages 14-18, turns athletes of all sports and abilities into exactly that: force production machines. You’ll develop all the tools to sprint faster, jump higher, cut quicker and dominate the competition. In the spirit of “High Speed, Low Drag,” Force focuses on the core principles of athletic development - no fancy gimmicks here - while building teamwork, motivation and accountability in a high-energy atmosphere.

What You'll Get:

  • Train in groups of up to 6 athletes
  • Learn how to jump, sprint and lift to improve your athletic abilities
  • 60 minutes of hands-on coaching per session
